We hope that it will provoke opinions and advice from swim officials. Please remember that all opinions shared here are those of the individual and not necessarily that of the B.C.S.O.A. On issues that pertain to rules discussion we hope to occasionally call upon the powers that be to give "Official Interpretations" wherever necessary.
